Wire identification
- MOTA grey — motor supply, (−) extend / (+) retract
- MOTB white — motor supply, (+) extend / (−) retract
- POT_HI orange — position sensor supply (−)
- POT_MID green — position sensor signal (OUT)
- POT_LO blue — position sensor supply (+)
Installation
Secure the actuator with four M3 screws (surface-mounted or recessed into a cut-out) and make sure it cannot work loose. Check that the rod cannot foul any surrounding parts anywhere along its travel. Then connect the control accessories and an adequately protected supply voltage. Direction check: with the positive terminal on the white lead and the negative on the grey lead, the rod extends. We recommend running the actuators to the end of their travel before every flight in order to synchronise them.
